GHO signed a memorandum of understanding with the African Public Health Alliance to launch a 3-year joint prevention project targeting tropical infectious diseases prevalent in Africa. The cooperation covers grassroots medical training, free public health supplies allocation, joint epidemiological research and local talent cultivation, aiming to improve local emergency response capacity for public health emergencies across Africa.
