To further advance academic exchanges in global health and implement the overall annual work plan, we hereby launch the application for academic conferences to be held in 2027. Relevant matters are notified as follows:

1. Scope of Application

All academic conferences, thematic forums, seminars and other academic activities planned for 2027 by branches, members and partner institutions.

2. Application Period

Aug 6,2026–Oct 5,2026

All relevant entities shall submit application documents within the above mentioned period. Late submissions will not be accepted.

3. Requirements

• All branches shall organize the work prudently, sort out planned 2027 academic activities and complete applications on schedule.

• All global members and partner institutions shall cooperate with this application exercise and prepare application documents in accordance with relevant specifications.

• Should you have any questions regarding policies or documents during application, please contact the GHO Headquarters Secretariat for consultation.

All relevant entities are requested to carry out the application work in strict accordance with this notice.
