To further expand the GHO volunteer team, gather youthful vitality and social compassion, and steadily advance public welfare services, special projects and daily operations in an orderly manner, we hereby launch a public recruitment initiative for GHO volunteers across society, adhering to the philanthropic spirit of dedication and mutual assistance. We sincerely invite all passionate, responsible and devoted individuals to join our volunteer team, deliver warmth and uphold the original aspiration of public welfare with ordinary efforts to accomplish extraordinary deeds.
I. Who We Are Looking For
Whether you are an energetic student, an experienced professional or a socially engaged citizen, you are welcome to join us as long as you uphold kindness, embrace dedication and are willing to devote your spare time to volunteer services.
Abide by laws and regulations, uphold good conduct, recognize GHO’s public welfare philosophy, and voluntarily comply with all volunteer service rules and regulations.
Be physically and mentally healthy, responsible, patient and meticulous, with a strong sense of teamwork and service awareness.
Have flexible schedules, be able to arrange spare time reasonably, and actively cooperate with volunteer work arrangements.
Candidates with skills in event planning, copywriting, publicity and operation, video shooting and editing, logistics coordination and communication liaison are preferred.
II. Volunteer Positions
To accommodate diverse talents and participation needs, we offer a variety of volunteer positions for you to choose from based on your strengths:
Event Volunteer: Assist in the preliminary preparation, on-site implementation, guidance, order maintenance and material coordination of online and offline public welfare events to ensure smooth operation of all activities.
Publicity & Cultural Creation Volunteer: Undertake copywriting, official account posting, video shooting and editing, event promotion and material sorting and archiving, to tell touching public welfare stories and spread positive social voices.
General Service Volunteer: Responsible for daily operational support including data statistics, registration liaison, consultation reply, document sorting and meeting guarantee to consolidate the foundation of team operation.
Special Project Assistant: Support the implementation of GHO’s special public welfare projects, and flexibly complete phased and temporary volunteer tasks to ensure effective delivery of all initiatives.
III. Service Hours & Venues
Service Hours: Flexible volunteer system is adopted. Services are mainly arranged on weekends, holidays and personal spare time, which will not interfere with daily study and work. Participation is voluntary and flexible.
Service Venues: Both online remote assistance and offline on-site services are available, arranged according to specific task requirements for maximum convenience and practicality.
IV. What You Will Gain
Capability Improvement: Access to free systematic pre-job training and professional skill guidance, empowering you to enhance comprehensive abilities including copywriting, event execution, communication and collaboration, and new media operation through practical experience.
Official Certification: Volunteer service hours will be accurately recorded, and official volunteer service certificates will be issued, which can serve as valid proof for social practice, evaluation and commendation.
Honor Incentives: Regular volunteer summary and recognition activities will be held to honor outstanding volunteers and set role models for public welfare.
Likeminded Community: Connect with a group of warm-hearted and like-minded partners, and gain warmth and personal growth on the journey of public welfare.
Basic Support: Necessary materials, safety guarantees and relevant subsidies will be provided for offline volunteer services.
